3rd Eye Studios has announced that their zero-g sci-fi thriller, Downward Spiral: Horus Station, is on its way to the PS4. In a blog post, the studio hinted that the game was in the final stages of its transition and is only weeks away from completion.
The release includes both the VR and flat version of the game and is expected to hit the PlayStation Network in early August. Unfortunately, we do not have an exact date or price just yet. However, the PC version that has been out since May 31st, is currently $19.99.
Rail Guns, Blot Throwers, Or Not
In Horus Station, you find yourself unraveling the mysteries behind an abandoned space station. With a heavy focus on environmental story telling, expect a graphically pleasing and downright creepy ride. You can experience this story on your own or join up with a friend through online co-op gameplay.
Players also have the choice to engage a combat free gameplay mode. This lets you experience the story and puzzles without any fighting. However, if you’re up for a little zero-g combat, the game also includes eight-player Deathmatch and Horde game modes. Expect to see Downward Spiral: Horus Station available on the PlayStation Network this August.
