Snail Games has recently updated their dinosaur themed VR game, ARK Park. The patch brings several fixes, but the most notable change involves locomotion. After reviewing heaps of player feedback on the teleport only locomotion, players now have the option to turn on free locomotion.
ARK Park is also part of a Steam weekend deal. From now until April 23, you can pick up ARK Park at a 30% discount, bringing the price to $27.99. You can also pick up the Tek Edition that includes cosmetic outfits and a dinosaur skin. The upgraded edition will run you $33.59.
The PlayStationVR version is also getting some love, with improved graphics quality. This comes after several concerns from PSVR owners that noticed poor and inconsistent quality. The PSVR patch is expected to come to the console in mid-May. Some of the other issues addressed with the PC version include fixes to the tutorials and blurry text.
ARK Park launched back in March and has been met with very mixed reviews. If you would like to read our take on the initial release, be sure and check our our review. Will the recent updates and sale price be enough to get you into the park? Let us know in the comments below.
