It has been five years since the “Simian Flu” ravaged the human population. Now the remaining survivors scramble to find a cure. As fate would have it, Apes seem to not only be benefiting from the outbreak, but also hold the key to mankind’s survival. But what happens when mankind tries to force an intelligent advisory into submission? Find out now, in Crisis on the Planet of the Apes!
You may remember our coverage of Crisis on the Planet of the Apes back in February. Well, it’s finally go time. You can pick the game up and get your ape on in the HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, Windows Mixed Reality, and PSVR. Regularly $14.99, you can pick up at 33% off until April 9th.
Movies and Games
When it comes to turning films into video games, the gaming industry has a less than stellar track record. Often times they are rushed to promote hype or just a cash grab after a successful release. Now that VR is starting to see more of such content coming its way, hopefully player feedback can break this cycle of bad.
Why bring this up? Because the early reviews coming out for this game are ranging from good, to absolute shit show quality and this is fantastic! It doesn’t matter if it’s a small studio or a major publisher like Foxnext, your feedback goes a long way. Play the game, tell them what you loved, what you hated, as long as it helps make the next game even better.
You can pick up Crisis on the Planet of the Apes for $10.00 until April 9th. Personally, I can’t wait to see what this one has to offer. Who wouldn’t what be a killer ape?
