You might remember us mentioning, earlier this month, that Coatsink had some pretty ambitious goals regarding their popular VR library. The development studio wanted to bring a large portion of their games to several platforms, including the PS4, Oculus Go, PC, and Mi Standalone headsets. While many of their games launched alongside the Mi’s release, one popular title, Esper, was missing from that list. That is, until now.
Esper will be launching on several platform this Friday, June 29, for $7.99. Yes, after three long years, players on the PlayStation 4, Oculus Go, and Mi Standalone will be able to check out this classic VR puzzle game. Don’t worry Vive owners, you will also get the opportunity to pick up a copy the following week.
Welcome to the Program
In Esper, an outbreak has caused people to gain some pretty crazy mental powers. People like you. You now find yourself locked in a not so ordinary office where a series of tests will take place to determine if your a threat to society. So, put those telepathic powers to the test and earn your freedom. Or don’t, it’s up to you.
If you are an Oculus Rift, WMR, or Gear VR owner, you can pick up Esper The Collection for $9.99, right now. It contains both Esper and Esper 2. Just about everyone else will have to wait until Friday to test out their mental prowess.
